Just choose a note book and write down everything there lol. Or use google docs, also notes, there’s a lot of apps.
Yes! I personally use Animeplanet because it has most manga, manhwa and manhua I have read on there :) sites like MyAnimeList is good for anime and mainstream manga but not so good for keeping track of webtoon and BL (their criteria is much stricter for what they list) anyway I recommend using Animeplanet and they let you create lists similar to the ones on mangago.
