I’m looking for this certain BL cuz I totally forgot the title. The main charac fight and the one who lose will be the bottom (they are switch) and one of the plot twist is when the other guy was kidnapped then his guy saved him but when they were in the car there’s an accident so his guy saved him again then that guy was hospitalized and they didn’t meet for a while ah pls I forgot pls help me they also adapted a baby???
