I doubt he will change. Remember Chiharu caused the massacre with the hero team and he was the main reason nomen distributed the frenzied frogs to the citizens in the first place, but then again every single person in the team did at least one thing that was kinda shitty so I don't why I'm saying this :U
The trio would have been a squad if only chiharu wasn't a villain. Tbh I really thought chiharu was an ally in his first entrance, but after I read the wiki, It is stated that he is the main villain. but deep inside I still wanted him to be jagaaan's ally. PLEASE AUTHOR CHANGE YOUR MIND!!!!
