long story short is later on HY will know chu is pregnant but not because of chu it's because sura he basically is okay with chu having HY's baby (he knows that chu is pregnant cause his mom told him chu went to an omega center she wanted sura to ruin chu's image but chu said he isn't worried cause he got dirt on them and he told chu the plan cause he likes chu) but basically HY went to the building and sura realizes that chu didn't tell HY. so he became a petty little shit and looked down on HY for not noticing his omega is pregnant chu wasn't pissed cause of this and now HY knows chu is pregnant
