Lol, for an emperor to lack THAT MUCH CHARISMA AND PRESENCE in a single scene alone (even though he was sitting at the head of a table as the EMPEROR) I doubt his presence will be any stronger than a pebble.
Gallahan had the most charisma and FORCE in that scene. A lovely papa x daughter pair for the win.
