Shoujo Manga

Looking for a shoujo manga I read years ago. The main character is a girl and there's this boy who likes kissing her. I think they decide to go out but it seems like he's only interested in kissing her and each time they kiss he gives her a little gift. I think there was one part where she got tired of him wanting to kiss all the time so to make him stop she said she wanted an expensive bag and that she wouldn't kiss him unless he got it for her. He ends up not speaking or seeing her for a while and she feels hurt but it ends up he was working so he could earn money and get the bag for her.
