I kinda understand semes actions (even if theyre shitty) when he was younger but I don't like his adult self based on what I saw in the raws. He seems petty and egotistical.

I’m not disrespecting anyone who disagree with me, I’m simply defending the character of the story, at the end I even said if this was any other novel I would agree with most of u guys here. I also gave the ppl who ignored the story the story and the mafia guy the benefit of the doubt. I can feel bad for the main guy, understand why he did what he did and think he's shitty at the same time. He did a shitty thing to Kangjin - I get his situationa but I also feel bad for Kangjin because he didnt do anything to desereve that (he threathened his life later but yeah other than that) so I dont want them to end up together. I dont have to like the guy just because he has a miserable life.

I think that it's normal to blame him in the sense that no matter the circumstances it was ultimately his choice - sb's situation doesnt necessarily excuse them or erase the responsibility since it's still their doing. I guess some readers would forgive him since they emphatize more and some will find it inexcusable. Maybe it's my own abandonment issues speaking but I'm more of the second one I guess haha But ofc in general you're completely right and I agree! And life threatening is such a shitty, manipulative and toxic move as well. Dude I completely agree, I think the main reason I side with ml is bc we both choose to flight instead of fight during a crisis As humans we make mistakes, it’s how we grow from them that matters, so whether i continue like ml really depends on his future actions in the manwha. I’m definitely not justifying his actions, I just wish ppl would give him a chance since it’s still early in the story Honestly I just want them both to get closure

He was in an emotional state of mind, a victim who has the safety of him and his family on the line. He witness his mother attempt suicide, had an abusive dad, is in dept and was threatened!!! His life is so shit.. Also he probably didn’t leave mc for the sole reason he has his pride hurt, he has a family to support now and don’t have the time for a relationship. I know bc he was planning a scholarship and never ended up going to college bc of the situation he’s in.

Can’t believe some ppl here actually stands with the mafia guy simply bc he’s hot. To b fair, with most stories I would agree with this mindset but this webtoon is so much more complicated then that... don’t throw away the plot simply bc he’s hot.,, I get that mc and mafia man’s relationship is cute and mafia man is extremely extremely hot but let’s b fair he’s probably not the best guy seeing how easily he threatened the ml and his family.
