Well, I would recommend anything by Ougi Yuzuha.
This one is still fairly new. The uke and seme, both of which have yet to be distinguished, are cross-dressers.

I have a crossdresssing/cosplaying list. Most of them have a comment that goes with saying what it is.
Do any of you have recommendations for yaoi mangas where the uke dresses as a girl?? (I prefer ones where the seme loves the uke as both a boy and crossdressed as a girl.) Thanks in advance (●'◡'●)ﾉ
