Can anyone tell me which manga this is. Ive read it way before that i mostly forgot the story. But what i remember the most is that the MCs had a huge fight (cant recall what it was about) and one of them called for a break up (i think. Not 100% sure). And the other one was like too bewildered or like gave up at fighting with him that he just turned to leave. Seeing his reaction, the one who asked for a break up got scared they might really do break up latched on the other. They didnt say a word and the other one just walked with the one who asked for a break up following him while holding onto the other's sleeve crying.
