Hi please help

Looking for a yaoi manga where they are childhood friends and neighbor and his friend used to be sick (like have breathing problems and he still do) when he was younger so he wants to be stronger for him and always picks fights with anyone he always have bruises his face and this makes his friend so worried so his friends wants make a promise with him becuase he doesn't want him to fight anymore and because he's very in love with his friends he accept and says he won't fight anymore.

It was probably 2 or 3 chapter long.
