Yes it is...
I'm looking for a BL manga in which the guys were childhood best friends....the seme belonged to a rich family and the uke was from average family...their houses were right beside each other and their parents were friends....the seme loved uke since childhood...but had to move to another place/country because of his parents.....
Later , the uke became a college student and started living in a hostel...the hostel was not so well looking...
The seme came back after years to search for uke...after finding him he also started living in the same hostel....
