well. It was ok but yeah, could have been better. I would have loved the uke to be stronger, not so quick to go all I'm in love with my rapist (no dude, please ! kick him in the balls, do something ! I liked when he attacked Jamal when this one was flirting with Issac. I wanted more of that sort of reaction ! ), I didn't liked the seme either (the manga didn't give me reasons to like him and he got too quickly from "rapist with no problem and sleeping around with every guys" to "Leonard ! You're my one and only I would die for you ! "
Though I did enjoy vol 2 better because the characters seemed better handled.
But I still can't help but feel it lacked some stuff in the plot, in the characterisation, etc

I also think I shouldn't have read the captive prince trilogy before, since he kinda abored the same thematic XD (and is one hella good trilogy)
