Now that I think about tsukasas baby form is in that house and tsukasa says that the house offers wishes but with a price like another person I wonder if maybe hankao and tsukasa did something there or maybe the parents did something to switch out with the twins in that house because tsukasas baby spirit form shouldn't even be there unless he history of going to that house at that age.
