Ahaha you're older than I expected! But that makes it even easier for your friends to arrange things for you. Since he's graduating soon, there'll be tons of parties they can help you get invited to and all that. The fact that he's going off to uni soon makes this easier and harder. If you're looking for a relationship, this just became exponentially harder. And, even if it did work out, would come with a whole slew of problems that you probably don't want to jump into so quickly. The best course of action for this would probably be to spend some time as friends, and then mention you want to keep in contact while he's in uni.
But, if you're looking for more of a fun experience/hookup...then you're in a damn good position lol. If you mention that you kinda like him and just want to spend a few weeks exploring that, then you're pretty much guaranteed to succeed, since he's in the frame of mind to make memories and leave no regrets behind and all that. But this would definitely be more temporary, so I'd recommend it if your crush isn't too deep.

I think that numbers 3 and 4 could arguably also apply to the friendship category. Like... I haven't had many friends before so it makes sense that I'd be overly self-conscious around them and such.
