I noticed it too... but then, there are so many weird things in yaoi mangas... so, what the hell... (〜￣△￣)〜
Maybe he's referring to the ability. Shion is much more limited than Madoka.
I always thought there was a third brother. I mean, shion is so much older than madoka it would be understandable if madoka didn't remember him, and shion said he was taken from his mother and younger brother. The mother could have had another kid after shion was taken away.
So, am I the only one who noticed that both Madoka and Shion called each other their younger brother? Obviously Shion's the older, but why did Madoka call him his "little brother"?
