Realistically speaking you can't really urinate while you're erect. But in the manga world everything usually gets warped one way or the other.

Yes you can, trust me. If you're already aroused and leaking pre-cum/almost ready to ejaculate and try to pee, all you will feel is a brief blockage/resistance sensation in your bladder before you piss. Now if you try to piss IMMEDIATELY after you ejaculate ('ticklish phase'), THAT feels really bad for a brief moment up until the piss finally overcomes the blockage sensation (immediate post-ejaculation urination feels bad whether you are still erect or not).
Side story: In some cases a full bladder can stimulate a non-sexually induced erection commonly known as "morning wood" (can happen anytime of the day but happens mostly in the morning since you need to pee). So in regards to peeing while erect, the angle of dicks matters a lot since you want to aim your piss at the toilet bowl and not the wall.
Since some dicks don't naturally bend downwards and face resistance at the base (others are more flexible/less rigid and can be aimed in either direction), peeing while erect can be an issue. When i get fully erect my dick is rock solid all the way to the base (not flexible/squishy at all) and since the upwards angle is steep, trying to pee is uncomfortable as I have to unnaturally try to bend my dick downwards where it doesn't want to go, or position my whole body awkwardly to aim at the toilet. Now you may be thinking "why would you try to pee while you're still erect in this situation?" Well sometimes you're busting so bad that you can't wait and a full bladder makes going soft harder(lol) to achieve.

Most guys wouldn't piss while erect so i think this is a rare issue lol.
I would've advised you to take a look at porn for "research purposes", however porn is an unrealistic representation of the average dick. I mean if your only point of reference was from porn, you would be under the impression that all dicks are straight and that anything under 8 inches is small (the real average is around 5 to 6 depending on which studies you read).
