The brown haired girl, miyeong, has probably been in love with jiwon for a while now and jiwon is probably just discovering her feelings but she might not understand it yet or she has a hard time accepting that she might actually be gay and subconsciously denies it and brushes it off as a simple desire.
Either way its hard to understand cause both don't clearly talk with each other about what happened and why they did it
