Actually in past I read this manga where girl (Mc) short hair meet a boy in high school boy is quite type mc got crush on him . They make sketch together and boy also like mc but all of sudden he start ignoring mc then mc find out that boy visit a girl in hospital . That girl is cousin of the boy .
