In ch24 he consented to have sex but he didn't consent to having gentle sex. He only started fully consenting in ch25.
So it's up to you to decide I guess.

I know Y and D are the relationship we are all rooting for, but I think D did actually rape Y. Y never consented. In contrary Y is constantly saying "stop", "take it out", "i don't want this", "don't touch me" and so on....
