Hey guys! I'm a nurse and I thought I'd explain proper choking technique since some people were wondering. First off you are NOT cutting off airflow to the brain. You are cutting off blood flow by GENTLY compressing the arteries on either side of the neck. This is what produces the tingly high sort of sensation that some people find pleasurable. Remember friends, breath play of any kind can be very dangerous and should always be discussed in advance. If it does happen in the heat of the moment, pay attention to your partner and use both verbal and nonverbal (for the receiver since they most likely won't be able to speak) cues to communicate.
Preach! Spread the info & educate! People seem to think they need to legit choke a person when just blocking off one side is enough for the pleasure and is much safer. Hahaha
