So I suddenly remembered this manga, but I don’t remember the name ╥﹏╥ I hope someone would know! So the manga was similar to ‘koizora’ but it was the girl that was sick and passed away. I just remember the ending where the ml looks back at her diary before she passed away, and on the last page I think she says ‘ I hope you find someone that’ll make you happy...*flips page* the truth is don’t want you to forget me and fall in love with another’ (idk something like that) and at the end his son is like ‘dad what’s that?’ Anddd that’s about what I remember, I hope someone knows the manga lol （/TДT)/
