well for what i gather I was right, he didn't cheat but it was mostly the moment he caught him about to touch a heavily drunk Kousuke. Anyway if you want/need spoilers mangago has until volume 7, so you should look into 8 and 9 for the rest. If you need the spoiler then...

Volume 8/9 is mostly filled with Masahiro taking the iniative and the problem they had with the teacher possibly knowing what's between those two.
Kousuke's old friends appear and they start causing trouble since they can't understand what made Kousuke change so much. one of them and Natsuo make a plan to invite the teacher and confess everything to her so that she can basically ruin their lives, this fails becuse Kousuke made a preemtive strike and told her, since that teacher was also seeing a students her lips are sealed.
Then Masahiro gets to the bar while Kousuke confronts his old friends to set them straight. Masahiro fights with a jealous Natsuo, calling him a homewrecker and tells him that they're the same, but that he Kousuke belongs to him and he's not about to let him go, they have an actual fist fight that ends with Kousuke getting to bar, Masahiro won the fight and Natsuo is on the floor, they leave and all of Kousuke's old friends gather to talk things out.
The chef friend of them(the one that makes french food) has a thing for Natsuo and they basically start flirting. Masahiro and Kousuke move in together with the promise that Kousuke can't betray him, this is mostly because Masahiro is still insecure, they kiss and are happy for now.
Volume 10 comes out in june, I already pre-ordered that one so I can tell you then what's in it Hahaha but it should be a new arc.

they all had kinda "rough" childhoods, so they made a pact that went basically "since we can't really hope to change the world to a better place, let's change at least this part of the world" and they became things to "help" this part, a teacher, a politician, a cop, a Laywer. The change goes mostly to the point that Kousuke was always moody and taking out on the gangsters, basically how he was at the start, the change was to this normal guy we all see.
Well, the drama in volume 8/9 happens also because Kousuke "broke" that promise, how? he's dating a student and one of his friends was abused by a teacher, propmting the "pact". The laywer guy also broke the promise, I just don't remember how. Well that's that :c I like the part where Kousuke claims that they are all wrong and that Masahiro is stronger than him or anyone else he has ever known, since he has gone through so much and still keeps trying to be better and find a place. All in all it's a pretty good clousure to the current arc.
I'm expecting a lot from the future volumes since it seems like this manga will be going for a while.
I can answer in regards to the lawyer thing. Basically, Shirou (the friend who was supposed to be a lawyer) broke his promise first because he ended up joining the yakuza instead, which is ironic considering the promise was for him to get a job that helped serve the law and yet he ended up joining a group that focuses on organized crime. So during the fight between Masahiro and Natsuo he called Natsuo a homewrecker for getting Kousuke drunk and trying to take advantage of him, did I missed something or is he talking about when he picked Kousuke at the bar after running away from home and realising Natsuo likes Kousuke too? (ch. 20 I think, he went into the bar just when Natsuo was about to touch Kousuke's hair) cause that caught me by surprise and I was like "waaaaait, did I missed Kousuke cheating?"
