trying to find a specific bl manga

Ok I cannot remember the name or description, just this one specific scene. The "bottom" is hanging out with his female friend I believe after a fight or something with his boyfriend. They are both laying on a bed drunk and just talking. I remember they were talking about how he didn't come out to her until much later in life, maybe college. The guy starts crying saying he misses his boyfriend and wants to see him and ends up drunk calling him, saying he wants to see him. Please help me, I'm really trying to find this story!!!

I believe the guy who is drunk calling his bf wears glasses and has dark hair.
