Its not really hetero....is it?....i mean they are both men and the seme hasn't refer to himself as a woman yet. He just dresses like one, havent gone the whole way with all the other surgeries. So maybe cross dressing level but not yet trans level??

The seme looks like a transwoman for me. And a friend of mine said that the woman uses feminine form of "I" in Japanese, so she identify herself as someone transfeminine. Sex between women and men is called hetero sex.

You saw the penises, right? The two of them. Akio is man, physically talking, and yuusuke too. Both men. Having sex. You know.
Another topic is how akio considers him/herself.

He just dresses as a woman, that doesn't have to mean he's transsexual. In fact, I think it's rude to just assume he is because he does.

And I'm guessing they mean "watashi", which can be used by both girls and boys, so that doesn't prove anything. And even if it was it still doesn't prove anything, since he might just be using it because it fits his appearance. Sometimes tomboys use the the masculine form of "I" too, but that doesn't mean they're transsexual.

I'm not saying there's no way he can be trans or anything, but don't just say he is when you don't know.
