Had a full blown disscussion on canabalism in the office a few years back. We even talked about who would be eaten forst if we were stuck on an island.
You can eat other people but stay away from the brains and the spinalfluid. These contain a protein which cannot be broken down and it is the reason why canaballs have issues mentally.
