I think he knew this would happen (I think he probably has doubted but deep down he knew that Shingo would go after him...for a change BTW and FINALLY) and sincerely I love his attitude. He's just like "yeah, I got you, like really got you, you're mine and mine only" and he knows this so well that he has the nerve (ugh but I do love it) to tell him "and still I'll want to bully you and see you kind of hurt because I'm selfish and I want your reactions in that way that much because YOU'RE FUCKING MINE!" I think it's his playful side of the leopard that is showing at this point anyway.
Another thing is to judge is this if right or wrong, like I said before, for our standars it's probably not the best way to have a relationship, but in the yaoi world is perfectly normal!! Like 90% of the stories have fucked up relationships and this one is not so fucked up that much but it has the main ingredients (slight S&M, dominant and the one wanting to be dominated and that going forward and backward...it seems constants in yaoi's stories).
And strange thing and maybe it's only me noticing this, but I do love how finally Shingo is letting himself go and finally accepting the fact that he wants to be tamed (well Keiichi's so hot that I don't blame him)
