It's neither Keiichi nor Shingo to take the blame for shattering their relationship. Their arguments were brought on by their lack of trust, insecurity, and also lack of proper communication with each other (probably both of them don't wanna ask each other too many personal question because they don't want to intrude the other's life, idk). It is too normal for every relationship, they fight and they make up. Some fights are just harder than the others, and they help the couple realize what they've missed out on in their love life. Keiichi's attitude in this chapter is quite understandable, because he never knew how Shingo felt when he asked Keiichi to break up with him. Keiichi was taken aback without knowing Shingo's feeling of being insecure, abandoned and betrayed so it's naturally he would throw a little tantrum as we've seen. Shingo apologized because someone had to save their relationship and this time it was Shingo (as you noticed in the other series, it's always Keiichi who had to back down, Shingo rarely expressed his true feeling and rather kept to himself). Besides, Shingo would probably thought that when he asked for the break up, Keiichi would not go with it so easily and the result surprised him. He rejected people who wanted to love him from the very start because he did not want to get hurt again, but with Keiichi - who he did not expect would ever leave him, he was willing to forget about his pride once. Sorry if I have said too much, my point is please do not blame either one of them because that was just how relationships are. Their flows of attitude are completely normal as well. In my opinion, the author did a great job of satisfying me :3 Have fun reading chapter 12 guys :3
