I think mangago doesn't have that option yet, You can only find them in the profile of the one who created the list or the ones that manga is included for example if i want yaoi explicit list i found all the list that manga is included and there you can browse, tho i might be wrong!

Where can you search lists except on safari/chrome? Can i search lists within the website? I’ve been here for years but I still don’t know stuff hauahauha (￣∇￣") somebody help me
