I can't remember the name of this taoist and after searching my records of Manga I've read I must not have put it down. The plot is I believe about a student council, disciplinary, or public morals committee. In it I believe they either paired members up or there was a mentor system. There were multiple couples and I believe one of the ukes was very aggressive or maybe assertive is the better word. I believe there was also some action as well. I can't remember much else but I really want to read this again.
