yeahhh i havent finished reading the eng tl of the novel bcos i got bored lmao bcos the pace was too slow for my liking. tho so far i think the webtoon would have a better pace sooo
Yea, so far the manga looks more promising. I remeber it was only around chapter 120 that she finally left the prison. I mean, it would not be so bad if the same scenes werent played over and over again in those 120 chapters.
It was basically a loop of her visiting the ML, then leaving when things get heated and rinse and repeat. Not to mention, Chaser's apperance in the novel was teased so many times but in all amounted to nothing till she actually left. It was such a waste of time imo
chapter 120????? goodness im almost glad i dropped the novel lmao my patience cant handle the same scenario for a hundred chapters. and yeah it was rly frustrating everytime chaser would visit the prison and sometimes i think there wasnt even anything significant w his visit.
I am glad that this got serialized since I loved the premise and I even read the novel but man, the writing is all over the place. And it isn't the webtoon's fault. It was just written like that. If they had better art (imo) then maybe it would pass as more enjoyable but so far it's not the case.
Gonna stick around, maybe it gets better. I hope the pace in the webtoon is faster than the novel because othervise we are in for a dull ride.
