IDK if you're still here, or if you'd still be interested in it, but it's a finished manga. It's just that the person who was scanning it stopped. I did a lot of searching and foudn out that it's a Chinese comic that's really hard to duplicate. I downloaded the app to read it, you need a wechat account, and a vpn to read it. Even then, it's in mandarin. So unless you have all of that you're at a loss... （；´д｀）ゞ
