Okay I feel like Luka/Luca had gone back to time. Like he is reliving his life again and he just somehow managed to meet an isekai'ed aunt. If that's not the case then I feel like he'd be quite similar to Yuri from Beware of The Villainess where he just became aware that he is a fictional character and that he needs to follow his fate in following the novel's flow.
