Didn’t seem to go into further depth about the “first love”. Hat was just a plot device. The MCs are the only couple. The Ooishi did try and put the moves on Akira, but nothing really happened. The alpha broke it up. There’s sex, but it’s a pretty mellow book. Maybe there’ll be a second volume? No idea, cause this one was just released

The sleazy alpha from elevator will end up with glasses boss, though I think there's already something between them.
Boss feels something more for omega, but it might be just platonic, like good friendship or younger sibling vibe.
