I completely agree with you but I think the only problem I’m having with the plot so far is that he seems a lot weaker than he is suppose to be. For one he already fought all these enemies before including the clone of the demon king(still strong) and he also got a lot stronger from when he was in the other world. I think it should be easier for him to fight the enemies since he knows their attack pattern and is also stronger from before. But instead he is still having quite a hard time dealing with them. Him having a hard time is realistic and all but I think he is struggling a bit more than he actually should.
Tbh I’m fine with how the things are. There are people that would that say the MC is boring, the plots is boring just because he can solve everything. What, would you read a webtoon if the fights lasted only 1-2 panels? Think about it. Then might as well just read one punch man since he can kills anything with just one punch.

I know plenty of people are calling it boring but I like it because it’s realism. He’s not OVERpowered by his abilities and is aware he needs to get stronger and inspire others to think the same since he also knows that the monsters will only get stronger. He’s commanding a team to go on a lengthy mission which isn’t supposed to be funny either. Not to mention the fact that government guilds and such are trying to attack his property and the new church since their representative (MM) is busy in the mission something that would happen irl as they’d see it as an opportunity to ruin competition
I know we come to fantasy stories to see fantasy but I also appreciate the detail in realism
