Looking for yaoi title

I'm trying to remember a yaoi I read a while ago where the seme is a girl that was childhood friends with the uke but somehow got turned into an man. At first the uke is unsure, but eventually they fall in love. Then we find out that the seme isnt actually the childhood friend, but her brother that always had a crush on the uke(?). There is also a secondary couple, the uke is a friend of the mc uke from school and has a crush on the ml seme. I hope this makes sense, somebody plz help me identify, I never finished it and cant find it anywhere. Haha. :3
