She/he/them meant if they found the diary, they'll be aware of what was happening to hooni and all of his attempts. If they knew they might comfort him and try to stop hooni from commiting more suicide and lead him to a more secure and happy prespective of life.
But isn't literally obvious by just looking at his bandages?
