I said this in another comment so imma just copy and paste because he went through conversion therapy in a really messed up way. At least I assume. So heres what I thought. “When his father took him to see the doctor, he said he had wayward yang energy. Yang is male and yin is female. So wayward yang, he has too much male energy. That’s why he’s gay because he is unbalanced. So my theory is in order to balance his yin and yang energy, his father locked him in the house and had men come and rape/molest him to boost his yin energy. If that makes sense. This is also backed up by the fact that he got so triggered by “Lord Song” when Jihwa wrote a letter acting like him.”

i’m wondering though, how would seungho getting raped by men boost his yin energy? wouldn’t it have the opposite effect? or are you implying that his dad believed he might end up fearing men, and seek solice in women instead? im genuinely curious
Yin energy is submissive, yang energy is dominant. So putting him in a submissive position would in turn boost his yin, lower his yang, to balance his wayward yang energy. Like it makes sense but it’s fucked up logic if this is true. This is all theory at this point but to me it makes sense.
Maybe his family tried to put him thru conversion therapy. That could explain his trauma idk tho
