Lol this isn't the main couple. The guy with black hair is the blue haired omega's brother. The guy with blue hair is the blue haired omega's doctor. They do kinda look similar to the main couple with their hair colours lol.
Yeah, they both look similar. I couldn't tell them apart at first, I was thinking “but doesn't he like the other dude?” the entire time, but now I can see the difference! (:
