a transgender woman (born with male anatomy but transitioned to a woman) is still a girl, if she was attracted to a man it would be heterosexual, and same if a man was attracted to her, hope this helped :)

As i know yaois by now that would be cute if he liked her as a girl but its yaoi so mizutani will probably be top at how it looks like. The side couple often do the reverse so they doin the cute deliquent bottom = cute crossdress top.
