So I looked up what counted as incest. Apparently, opinions on whether or not sibling relationships by law counted as incest changes from culture to culture; however, it isn't incest by consanguinity, but by affinity.
Even so, they don't even have a sibling relationship; they might as well be strangers, so it's not even an emotional taboo.
