Can we report or delete someone's account?

What is your reason for reporting/deleting an account?

There are people who have been uploading over the original uploader

But I think I don't need it anymore cause people will use it for a bad thing btw thank you very much for your time

I also have an issue with people uploading over the original uploader... As an uploader myself, my team take a lot of time and energy to translate, redraw, typeset and proofread each chapter for someone else to come along and post over us. It's very frustrating.

I'm not an uploader but I feel sorry to the original uploader when there's someone who didn't understand the hardship they've been through just to upload a new chapter. I just thought that sometimes people are just too dumb (=・ω・=)凸
