Honestly, it is also considered as cheating if you're already going out with someone regardless how "unselfish" she thought it would be （￣へ￣）. It will impact the other person and torment her majorly.
Her "unselfishness" brought more pain to the other person unlike if she just rejected her confession. Being afraid of hurting her friend is the worst possible plan/thought because regardless how much you care about your friend, one of them are destined to be rejected.
Being afraid isn't an excuse to two time. Cherish your friends and lover differently, if she's (individual person) your friend and a lover at the same time it's fine.
So please be blunt about your feelings and thoughts, if you're unsure just plainly say so. Playing around others feeling is the worst. Reply if ya want cause I wanna hear your opinions ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
