Spring Turtle Scans uploads the translations every 2 or so months. Chapter 40 should be posted sometime in the coming month. The japanese version is published bi monthly in a magazine called Cheri+ (chapter 40 was published on march 30th and chapter 41 is being published on May 28-30th. Chapter 41 will be available in english in July or so).

Also I liked when Given was kinda unknown now it's a stupid mess and it's kinda bad. Some ppl really dont have the work to understand the deeper meaning of the story.
