I would say yes. I mean, Jooin kinda wanted to smash from the beginning, but when Yahwi took advantage of him while he was drunk it was disgusting for me, and could be count as a rape. There are many other rape-like scenes but like I said, Jooin didn't mind it with Yahwi so idk.
Jooin being drunk their first time together is what muddied the waters making the consent questionable.
Then again I guess Jooin is also technically a rapist because ch 20 Yahwi was drunk and Jooin didn't care.
