I think yes its true mongryong likes the brother and is attracted to him but he IS also attracted to jeha, as you can tell and he is growing attached or some kind of affection for jeha, vice versa. obviously they will take much development, their not a normal couple or relationship to begin with. even if they get together and they will as you can tell from the prologue when mongryong confessed to loving jeha, they probably won't be that lovely dovey couple but I think their cute in their own way. like their banter and bickering is adorable imo

Saaaame like I don’t know how to feel about this like everyone be saying how cute they are and I’m like yes but ehhh not really. With everything that happened and their on and off feelings is just like it’s hard to believe they end up together but we’ll see how the story continues
