I feel really sad for Sinbad. He grew arrogant and now he even says that it's not necessary to do things together with your comrades. What happened with the relationships he built with his people? Did he give that up for the power David gave him or something? Humans can never control how others should live their lives because we are all imperfect no matter how powerful. We are not omniscient to be able to actually lead others to what's best for them. We do the best we can to share what we know but we will never know all. Only God can do that.
His goal was always that and the owe of David was in him since the day he was born. It's only how he went about these ideas that changed him for the worse. He has an ugly soul right now
