I’ve done this multiple times before and I’m not sure what your intent was but mine was to be skinny. I don’t do it anymore but if the goal is to be skinny i recomend not doing because it’s not good for your metabolism. Also I recommend not to overwhelm yourself eating after 24 hrs. Take it slow and hope u feel fine ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
