usually in this case the only thing that "end" is the main story but if the status is still ongoing then its either theres a few extra left or some sequel to this

Okay. The status said it's still ongoing but when I read the manga at chapter 6 at the end it says "The end",can anyone tell that this is actually completed or ongoing ;-;
