And with all that he is unaware of the origin of his power.
Now we are nearing the end for that, the system that governs the 'game' made to make him strong was already destroyed when he faught the architect in carthenon. He also knows now that the origin of his power is a sovereign and there are 8 more sovereigns like him.
Basically now the whole story plot completely changed from game-ish to battle of existences.
