I hate it, I hate cheating no matter who it is.
If you want to "experiment" at least break up with your current partner first since you don't care enough about them to be faithful. Or talk to them if you want to try out different things and be in an open relationship.
Usually, when this happens while I’m reading a manga I don’t really care about it just because i prefers yaoi, so I’m rooting for the gay couple, but now that you’re talking about it, i think that cheating is cheating. It’s shameful and wrong. I don’t care if characters are insicure about their sexuality- trying to find out who you are through cheating it’s wrong and stupid
realistically, the girl would give the guy a piece of her mind and curse him out (that's me)

how do you feel when the guy mc is “experimenting” or with another guy while still being in a straight relationship?
— usually the girl forgives them or in the end roots for them which is lowkey sad. most mangas potray it as the girl being fine with it unless you’re a whole fujoshi and you’re fine being cheated on so the dude you once liked was getting banged or banging some other dude. imo regardless of gender, it’s still cheating. i could wish them well but i’d still feel cheated. at least they should break up with the girl in that situation yknow? why is it suddenly fine when its a bl relationship. same with yuri.
